Thanksgiving Reheating Instructions
Serves 8
Cooking times may vary slightly, due to ovens. All items should be cooked to a minimum temperature of 165 degrees
MASHED POTATOES
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, covered.
- Stir the potatoes every 10 minutes.
STUFFING
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, covered
- Uncover and cook an additional 10 minutes or until internal temp reaches 165.
MAC & CHEESE, BABY BACK MAC & BRISKET MAC
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, covered.
- Uncover for additional 10 minutes of cooking.
SWEET CORN SPOONBREAD
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, covered.
- Uncover and cook additional 10 minutes.
BRUSSELS SPROUTS
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, covered.
- Uncover, stir and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Drizzle with Carolina Gold
TURKEY GRAVY
- Place into pot on medium heat, bring to a simmer.
- Remove from heat and serve.
BRISKET / PORK / TURKEY BREAST
- Do NOT take meats out of the bag.
- Bring a large pot of water to simmer.
- Place Bag in water for 10 min.
- Flip over and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
WHOLE TURKEY
- Preheat oven to 350
- Carefully unwrap Turkey
- Pour Turkey Jus provided into the pan.
- Recover tightly with foil
- Bake for 90 minutes, uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
